Recruitment is at the heart of our business so we aim to attract the best so you receive the best service. There are 6.5 million licensed drivers in Los Angeles so clearly driving is fairly easy and common, but Chauffeuring is way different in the following ways. First there’s the ‘Coffee’ test, we test drive all of our Chauffeurs while the tester sips a fresh cup of open topped Coffee. This is to measure the overall smoothness of the drivers control over the vehicle, think braking, accelerating, cornering etc – If that Coffee ends up in the testers lap, then the driver has failed the test. Not the end of the world though because we offer continuous Chauffeur training. This includes of course Driving techniques, personal assistant duties, courtesy behavior training (doors, bags, trucks) and manners and appearance. We match make our Chauffeurs to our clients needs with a few simple questions when the booking is made, and we feature many of our Chauffeurs / Drivers here on the Website so clients can choose the personalities they feel will be the best fit for their booking.

All of our Private Driver/Chauffeurs are background checked Nationally and we have a zero tolerance policy for anything other than a squeaky clean history. You can rest assure that your Chauffeur is of upstanding morel character, honest and discreet, the safety of all passengers is always a top priority.
