Cancellation are FREE of charge if there is more than two hour left before the agreed pickup time. If there are two hour or less before the agreed pickup time, the total price must be paid. A cancellation can only be done by calling and speaking to our controller – 1818 390 2833 or emailing here

When cancelling a Vehicle and Chauffeur supplied by us , to cancel for FREE it must be cancelled 24 hrs before the scheduled start time. After that there will be a cancellation charge of $75 – $150 depending on the Vehicle booked

Each Chauffeur we provide undergoes rigorous background checks at both the national and state levels. A clean driving record and an absence of any criminal history are our minimum standards.

We uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy for substance abuse of any kind. 

Payment is processed only after the job is completed to ensure accurate billing. Your Chauffeur will report the hours, and the payment will be charged to the card on file. We also accept a variety of payment methods, including Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App. For services using our own vehicles, charges are applied at the time of booking.

**Chauffeur Only**: $45 per hour (4-hour minimum)

**Chauffeur with a Vehicle of Your Choice**: Starting at $89 per hour (3-hour minimum)

Hourly rates are billed in 30-minute increments. For pick-up and drop-off, any distance over 30 minutes or 15 miles will be charged at the hourly rate.

**SUV Travel**:  Each booking includes up to 100 miles of travel per day. Beyond that, additional miles are charged between $1.20 and $1.75 per mile.

Absolutely Yes, your personal Chauffeur is also you personal assistant for the booked time. No job to big or small providing it’s legal he/she will do. Driver is yours to utilize as you wish.

Yes ,once we have introduced you to your driver friend, you can treat them as your personal Chauffeur who you can call directly to work. Through the trust and character of our drivers they will then report their worked hours to us for billing.

They will check availability with us first before final confirmation they can fulfill the job.

When driving your vehicle the driver is covered by your fully comprehensive insurance. The client service agreement fully covers this in detail – In our commercially licensed vehicles, you’re covered by our $750k commercial insurance with BiBerk – See Our Assets to meet some of our drivers

We respectfully pay our drivers a rate that includes their tip and gratuity,so it’s up to you if you wish to tip.

As standard all of our Chauffeurs arrive suited and booted with shoes and tie but as the occasion may vary you can request the style of dress your Chauffeur adorns for their time with you.
